Raymond Trimble, a California state prisoner, appeals pro se the district courts 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d) dismissal, without prejudice, of defendants City of Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, Sonoma County Public Defenders Office and three public defenders in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action. Trimble also appeals the district courts grant of summary judgment for defendant Roger Rude on Trimbles Fourth Amendment claims. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
